If you’re new to BodyTech, yes. Every new client begins with an Initial Recovery Session so we can assess tissue health, movement patterns, recovery capacity, and determine the right path forward.
If you’re a returning or established client, you’re welcome to book ongoing recovery sessions directly.
Yes. Returning clients can book Ongoing Recovery Sessions without repeating an initial visit, unless a reassessment is recommended based on time away, surgery, or a major change in symptoms.

Our role is to prepare your body to move and train more effectively — not replace those processes.
That’s determined during your initial session. Some clients benefit from ongoing therapeutic support, others progress into R3 Recovery Coaching, and many use a combination over time.
