A 3-Month Intervention That Rebuilds Your Foundation

SecondWind is a structured 12-week program that rebuilds balance, strength, coordination, and confidence through non-contact boxing-inspired movement.

Led by two experienced coaches in a supportive small-group setting (maximum 8 participants), you'll train once a week for 3 months — then decide if you want to continue as an ongoing member.

This isn't a "senior fitness class."

This is a movement intervention for adults 50+ who want to maintain strength, prevent falls, and move with confidence for decades to come.

SecondWind Foundational Program

Duration: 12 weeks

Frequency: 1 session per week (4 sessions/month)

Total Sessions: 12

Group Size: Maximum 8 participants

Coaching: 2 experienced coaches per session

Equipment: All equipment provided — just show up ready to move

Ongoing Membership (Optional)

After you graduate, you're invited to continue as an ongoing member:

  • 4 live sessions per month (1x per week)

  • New programming cycles to keep you progressing

  • Continued community support

  • 30 days notice for cancellation

Q: Do I need boxing experience?

A: Absolutely not. This is non-contact, beginner-friendly movement. No prior experience required.

Q: What if I have injuries or limitations?

A: Our coaches specialize in working with bodies that have been through things. We'll modify as needed to keep you safe and progressing.

Q: Can I try it before committing to 3 months?

A: Yes! We offer a complimentary intro session so you can meet the coaches, experience the training, and see if it's the right fit. [Link to schedule intro session] new calendar link just for this intro session. They will be offered 1x/month at the start of the month only

Q: What happens after 3 months?

A: You graduate! At that point, you can continue as an ongoing member at $147/month or complete the program. There's no pressure either way — the choice is yours.

Q: How is this different from a regular gym class?

A: This is a structured 12-week intervention with progression, expert coaching, and tight-knit community — not a drop-in class. You're working toward measurable outcomes with a specific beginning, middle, and end.

Q: What if I miss a session?

A: We understand life happens. While we encourage consistent attendance for best results, you can make up missed sessions when possible or receive guidance from coaches on how to stay on track.

Q: Is this only for people in their 60s and 70s?

A: Not at all. We designed this for active adults 50+ who want to maintain strength, prevent injury, and stay independent. Our participants range from 50s to 80s.
