SecondWind is a structured 12-week program that rebuilds balance, strength, coordination, and confidence through non-contact boxing-inspired movement.
Led by two experienced coaches in a supportive small-group setting (maximum 8 participants), you'll train once a week for 3 months — then decide if you want to continue as an ongoing member.
This isn't a "senior fitness class."
This is a movement intervention for adults 50+ who want to maintain strength, prevent falls, and move with confidence for decades to come.

A: Absolutely not. This is non-contact, beginner-friendly movement. No prior experience required.
A: Our coaches specialize in working with bodies that have been through things. We'll modify as needed to keep you safe and progressing.
A: Yes! We offer a complimentary intro session so you can meet the coaches, experience the training, and see if it's the right fit. [Link to schedule intro session] new calendar link just for this intro session. They will be offered 1x/month at the start of the month only
A: You graduate! At that point, you can continue as an ongoing member at $147/month or complete the program. There's no pressure either way — the choice is yours.

A: We understand life happens. While we encourage consistent attendance for best results, you can make up missed sessions when possible or receive guidance from coaches on how to stay on track.
